About the service Located on Welsummer Drive, Aspire Clydevale childcare centre is located within the new Welsummer community in Clyde North, making it a convenient location for families. It is also a short distance from many local primary schools, and right next to Ramlegh Springs Wetlands.
Skills and experience We're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Diploma qualified educators with at least 12 months experience within the Early Childhood Sector (preferably with similar age group).
* The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of early childhood development, be confident working with children under 3, and be able to support room leaders effectively in delivering high‐quality care and education.
* Able to demonstrate initiative, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining a safe and engaging space for children.
* Confident stepping up and leading the room in the absence of the Room Leader, ensuring continuity of routines, programming, and team direction.
* Full availability is essential, along with consistency and commitment to building strong relationships with children, families and the team.
* Hold or willing to obtain Working with Children check, First‐Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
