About The Role

The Operations Manager – Specialist Clinics will provide leadership and governance over Tier 2 Specialist Clinics within Albury Wodonga Health. The role is responsible for the efficient and effective management of operational actions within a defined scope of services, supporting strategic planning and operationalising strategic plans. This is a full‐time permanent opportunity.

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• High‐level operational and management experience within a healthcare setting, with a proven ability to think strategically and translate objectives into tangible outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience working with the Victorian Integrated Non‐Admitted Health Minimum Dataset and related data reporting requirements for specialist clinics.
• High‐level understanding of the National Weighted Activity Unit (NWAU) and Activity‐Based Funding models for specialist clinics in Victoria.
• Knowledge of the Commonwealth Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), including its role and legislative application in the public health service.
