Sugarland Plaza is seeking a
Marketing Manager
to join the centre management team on a part-time basis for a 13-month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and supporting retailer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and assist with website management.
Collaborate with retailers and stakeholders to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
Create visually engaging content aligned with the centre's marketing strategy.
Operate independently as part of the centre management team.
Candidate Requirements:
Early-career marketer (1–3 years' experience) with a Marketing or Business degree.
Strong foundation in marketing principles and digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach.
Highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-oriented.
Resilient, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
