Marketing Manager, Aesthetics
Melbourne, south eastern suburbs. Full time.
A growing healthcare group is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its
emerging aesthetics division
. The portfolio is young, commercially ambitious and backed by strong investment, so this is a chance to shape the foundations from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
* Own the B2B go-to-market and brand approach for a fast-growing aesthetics portfolio.
* Build structure, process and clarity across a division that is still in early growth.
* Work closely with senior leaders to map the market and identify priority clinics and opportunities.
* Plan and deliver B2B campaigns, launches, education, events and sales enablement.
* Develop collateral that helps sales teams tell a clear commercial story.
* Introduce simple reporting to track activity, pipeline impact and ROI.
* Manage relationships with global vendors and align on messaging and co-marketing.
* Support key partner activity, dinners, roundtables and trade show presence.
What they're looking for:
* MUST HAVE experience in aesthetics, dermatology, medical devices or injectables.
* Someone ideally with a medical background whom can confident speaking with clinics, doctors and decision makers.
* An experienced marketer who enjoys both strategy and hands-on delivery.
* Comfortable working in an evolving environment where structure is still being built.
* Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to operate as a mini business owner.
