Key Responsibilities
As a sales professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to both general practitioners and pharmacists. You will need to develop and implement plans to monitor your territory, key customers, and competitors, ensuring optimal performance.
* Facilitate first-class sales interactions with customers.
* Develop and maintain high levels of industry, business, and portfolio knowledge.
* Take ownership of territory issues and provide effective solutions.
* Accurately complete administrative tasks and capture in-field activity within the CRM system.
* Share best practices within the team and contribute positively to the team culture.
* Strive to achieve or exceed KPIs by executing in line with Sales and Marketing Strategy and Territory Business Plan.
Qualifications and Experience
The minimum requirements for this role are:
* Experienced GP Sales Representative – 2 years minimum.
* Minimum of bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Business, or Science.
* Strong track record of sales success.
* Experience working in a hybrid sales environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence effectively.
* Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
