About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools while also taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the factory floor. You'll be working closely with a small team of fabricators and installers, helping coordinate workflow, maintain quality standards and keep jobs moving efficiently. This role would suit someone confident leading by example and comfortable stepping in wherever needed.
