We are seeking a skilled furniture finisher to join our dynamic team. This is a fulltime position Salary Range $74,000 - $78,000 commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities:
* Apply high-quality finishes to joinery components, including preparation, application, and finishing stages
* Be proficient and skilled in staining, lacquering, painting, oiling and varnishing in addition to polishing and waxing
* Set up and operate woodworking machinery as required
* Maintain consistency and attention to detail in all finishing processes
* Provide coaching and instructions to trainees in finishing techniques and workshop procedures
* Liaise with other departments to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity levels
* Ensure all WHS guidelines are recognised and adhered to
