Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, engines, and drill bits.
Inspect and diagnose equipment problems and develop and implement effective solutions.
Ensure that all equipment is safe and fully operational before use.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively with other members of the team and provide guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Drill Fitter.
A relevant mechanical trade qualification.
Strong knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems quickly and effectively.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
