* Manage logistics for onsite and remote sessions, including facilitation scheduling and AV/access coordination.

* Facilitate timely review, feedback, and sign‐off on deliverables within agreed 5‐business‐day review cycles.
* Escalate risks, blockers, and assumption gaps to the Engagement Lead as required.
* Maintain clear and professional written communications throughout, ensuring stakeholders remain appropriately informed.
Change Control
* Manage any scope variations or change requests in accordance with the Project Change Control Procedure.
* Prepare and coordinate Project Change Requests (PCRs) for mutual review and authorisation.
Solution Definition

* Experience managing SOW or contract‐based professional services engagements, including scope, change control, and commercial accountability.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, executive‐quality documentation.

* Commercially aware—understands the boundary between advisory and delivery commitments and manages both accordingly.
* Proactive and solutions‐focused, with the ability to identify and resolve blockers without escalation where possible.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate across the global SME network.
* Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities across a time‐critical engagement.
