* Tier-1 Australian and International construction & engineering companies;
* Renewable energy developers, operators and contractors (solar, wind, BESS, grid-scale infrastructure);
* Energy and infrastructure owners delivering complex capital projects across Australia; and
* Australian owned
developer and construction
companies.
Each role sits at the
front end of major projects
, advising on:
* EPC, EPCM, D&C and alliancing contracts;
* Early-stage project structuring and risk allocation;
* Contractor negotiations, procurement and delivery models; and
* Interface with commercial, delivery and executive teams.
Ideal candidates:
* 6–12+ years' PQE
front-end construction / projects lawyers
* Background in top-tier, mid-tier or strong specialist firms, or from a market leading in house team.
* Depending on role some exposure to energy would be advantageous
* Candidates looking for longer-term platforms, not just a title change
