Part-time opportunities may also be considered.Your key responsibilities will include:Manage a varied caseload, supporting a range of different people of all ages, living with a disability.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in providing a range of Speech Pathology services and developing comprehensive therapy plans.Apply collaborative, family centred practice principles in service delivery.Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM.What makes you the right candidate?Relevant Degree qualifications in Speech Pathology.Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector.Previous clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist with working knowledge augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).Well-developed understanding of Dysphagia and mealtime management.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously.Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and complianceIdeally trained in PROMPT and AUSLAN.Ideally have experience supporting Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention, literacy and social skills.All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.What’s in it for you?Relocation package up to $15,000Maximise your earnings with salary packaging up to $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment - boosting your take-home pay.5 weeks of annual leave, 2 wellness days, plus an additional cultural leave day.Access to discounted gym and pool facilities across WA for you and your family.Unlock an extra 3.5 days each year with our competitive 37.5 hour work week.Long service leave after 7 years of tenure.Stay covered for less with discounted health insurance.Up to 4 paid learning and development days tailored to your career ambitions.Work essentials provided, from tech to uniform, plus fully compensated travel and free parking at all Therapy Focus sites.Comprehensive care; supporting your medical, safety, and mental health needs through life’s ups and downs.Celebrate excellence with our annual peer-nominated awards.Discover job satisfaction while making a meaningful impact.Be part of values-driven team with career progression opportunities.Start your journey with Therapy Focus.
