**Your role**:
You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

- Organise and provide high quality confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, including coordinating diary appointments, receiving visitors and welcoming delegations to the Office of the Executive Director, HR Service.
- Organise the Executive Director's liaison with senior Government and private sector executives and community representatives in order to expedite the business activities of the Office of the Executive Director, HR Service.
- Act as first point of contact for the Office of the Executive Director and screen, respond to or redirect enquiries.
- Arrange appointments, meetings and conferences, including venues, travel arrangements and accommodation, take minutes and provide secretariat support to committees and forums.
- Maintain the records management systems and administer the flow of correspondence into and out of the Office, including acting as the central point for correspondence and documents, including distribution of correspondence and other documents, follow up on outstanding items and preparation of documents for approval.
- Complete Alloc8 Local Administrator requests (including rejection of timesheets, amending working hours, adding profiles, deactivating profiles etc.) using the ServiceNow system.
- Purchase of goods and services via Queensland Corporate Card and SAP ECC and reconciliation of corporate card transactions and travel claims.
- Provide administrative support and oversight of office equipment maintenance and consumable stock supplies, equipment repairs, disposal and purchases.
