We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running and be the go to expert in the Mornington Peninsula area. Full time role, Thursday to Monday.
Based in our beautifully presented Rye display home situated opposite Port Phillip Bay, show off our class-leading design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door and enjoy multi-million dollar views from your desk! On display is our incredible Artisan 56 with Pacific facade from our prestigious Designer Range of homes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
* Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
* Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
* Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
* Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
* Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have:
* Strong digital and phone enquiry skills/experience
* Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential
* A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
* Exceptional networking and customer service skills
* You will have a passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services
* Well developed organizational and client management capabilities; and
* Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
