Strategic Partnership Executive
Grocery and Retail is a startup within Uber, focusing on growth while leveraging Uber's global support. We deliver everything except restaurant food - think groceries, essentials, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, beauty, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic retail partnerships in ANZ, bringing the best selection to consumers.
* Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers, identifying opportunities to improve core business metrics for partners and Uber Eats.
* Conceive and lead growth initiatives, working cross-functionally with teams and merchant partners to solve problems and bring opportunities to life.
* Negotiate deals and manage commercial and legal processes.
Requirements:
* Proven consultative selling approach, leading partnerships with ASX 100 companies.
* Effectively managed strategic pipelines and books of business, including opportunity analysis, forecasting, and outperforming business goals.
* Commercial acumen, understanding businesses and organizations, and navigating partner businesses.
* Project management and organizational skills, being proactive, creative, and flexible.
