Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Network Engineer located in Melbourne, VIC. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and ensuring system reliability. The Network Engineer will troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and maintain security protocols to protect systems. Additional duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Network Engineering and Network Design
* Proficiency in Network Administration and troubleshooting network issues
* Knowledge of Network Security practices and protocols
* Proven experience in optimizing and maintaining network infrastructure
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Firewalls, SD-Wan.
* Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC, and collaborate effectively with teams
