Busy real estate office requires a competent receptionist ideally with prior industry experience.
Duties include answering calls and handling enquiries, liasing with renters and owners, arranging maintenance with tradespeople, preparing leases ,signing up renters plus receipting payments.
Knowledge of the residential tenancy act and property management software is a definite advantage.
Long established office with experienced staff who will provide support.
Central modern office with adjacent car park.
Although experience is an advantage, on site training is available for a motivated person keen to learn.
