Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
* Manage employee onboarding, including medical and induction procedures.
* Process wages, superannuation, and taxes, and maintain employee databases.
* Coordinate training programs and update employee competency folders.
Administration
* Maintain uniform records and order uniforms as needed.
* Handle incoming calls and maintain company phone registers.
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of workplace incidents.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills.
