Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Representative to elevate our presence across business to business and business to customer markets. This role is ideal for someone who excels at relationship driven sales, understands premium customer expectations, and can translate product stories into meaningful commercial outcomes. You will act as a brand ambassador, developing strategic partnerships while also engaging directly with end consumers through tastings, events, and direct sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth amongst our existing customer base and target new customers within the assigned territory.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets across multiple channels
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers / stakeholders. Build and nurture long term relationships with Business-to-Business clients including specialty retailers, delicatessens, restaurants, cafés, hotels, and distributors.
* Conduct consistent call cycle visits to typed customers to identify and implement sales activity opportunities.
* Drive sales volume by promoting the Truffle Hill and Ogilvie and Co product lines via ranging, promotional and visual merchandising initiatives.
* Drive Business to Consumer sales through direct engagement, tastings, popups, events, and brand activations
* Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
* Provide market insights, customer feedback, and trend intelligence to internal teams
* Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
Experience
* Proven experience in sales within gourmet food, premium FMCG, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
* Demonstrated success in both B2B and customer interfacing sales environments
Skills
* Ability to think strategically and implement plans to improve Sales.
* Ability to influence, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* A willingness to execute physical labour component requirements while implementing visual merchandising activities
