Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a full range of drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and Vietnamese specialties. They will also operate espresso machines and craft coffee beverages with basic milk art.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and maintain stock of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies.
* Operate espresso machines and craft coffee beverages with basic milk art.
* Uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
* Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
* Promote restaurant events and services to guests.
* Respond to customer requests professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant bar experience.
* Strong knowledge of Vietnamese beverage culture and French influences.
* Fluent in English and Vietnamese; basic French and other languages is a bonus.
* Relevant hospitality qualifications.
* Willingness to relocate to Australia.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
