Your day-to-day
- Attending to guest requests, as assigned
- Assisting the wider housekeeping and laundry team, as needed
- Keeping cleaning equipment clean and maintained
- Reporting any maintenance concerns
- Ensuring equipment and pantries are kept clean and maintained
- Working with a range of chemicals
- Monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities to minimise wastage
What we need from you
- Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia are required for this role (kindly be aware that we cannot sponsor for this role)
- Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus
- Strong reading and writing abilities are significant for training, following instructions and using chemicals correctly
- The role requires good physical fitness, as you will be on your feet for most of the day and need to bend and kneel frequently
- Your problem‐solving abilities will turn challenges into opportunities, allowing every guest to leave with great memories
