Our Internal Communications team is looking for a proactive and qualified Internal Communications Coordinator to join them in a full-time capacity for a 12-month period.

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will provide support to the Internal Communications team with the implementation of our internal communications strategy and plans, and manage the team administration of channels, content and calendars.

- Experience in a similar support role that helps to manage and coordinate internal communication channels and implement effective internal communication strategies and employee engagement activities
- Passion for all things internal communication
- Great organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously when required
- High attention to detail
- Works well in a fast-paced environment

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Coordination and development of our employee newsletters and publishing of intranet content.
- Supporting the creation and implementation of internal communication plans in collaboration with the Internal Communication advisors and internal stakeholders
- Exploring ways to improve existing communication channels and mechanisms to meet employee needs
- Administration of the team group mailboxes, content and planning calendars and internal communications team briefing forms
- Working with key stakeholders for the successful delivery of employee activities and events
- Working with the internal communication team to develop and implement professional, informative and engaging content across a range of channels
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure content across our internal communication channels is up to date, timely and engaging
