Will you be the newest HR Business Partner to join our team in Auburn during an exciting chapter of growth? This is a strategic role where you'll partner with leaders and GOgetters across the full employment lifecycle, helping shape a safe, inclusive and high-performing culture.

* Being a champion of psychological safety and leading proactive safety initiatives
* As a key player in our transformation journey, driving change
* Providing expert guidance on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, investigations, and return-to-work programs
* Ensuring procedural fairness and integrity in everyday practices, deploying both professionalism and empathy in your interactions
* Supporting growth of internal talent through succession planning and career development
* Developing policies that align with legislation and best practice
* Using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
* Promoting our values of inclusion, integrity and sustainability in everything you do
Do you have
* A degree, ideally in HR, psychology, commerce or economics
* Five or more years' experience in HR/People & Culture, including 2 years in a business partnering role
* Experience supporting operational teams – ideally in manufacturing, logistics or waste management
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice
* Confidence using HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
* Communication skills that include a flair for drafting and influencing stakeholders at all levels

We reward in-person collaboration and are proud of our supportive team environment. We look forward to you joining us in person five days a week. This role also involves travel across the Sydney metro area and occasional visits interstate. PPE is required when on site so you'll need to.
