Culinary Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Culinary Expert to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for leading a section in the kitchen, whether it is grill, breakfast, pastry, or larder.
* You will inspire junior chefs, maintain high standards, and work closely with our Senior Chefs to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
* Mentoring junior chefs and demonstrating leadership by example.
* Creating dishes to specification, on time, and to a high standard.
* Pitching new ideas for menus and specials.
* Maintaining a clean and organized section.
* Working with the team to control waste and manage portioning.
* Supporting your team during busy periods.

About You:
* You hold a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and have solid experience as a Demi Chef or CDP.
