speediestaffsolutions are seeking 25 Nursery Labourers for a mid-August start in the Pakenham area (VIC).
The role:
- Nursery Award 2020 - three pay grades, starting from 1A
- Facility: Indoor/greenhouse
- Hours: It is essential that you are able to work flexible hours as rosters will vary. Casual - 30+ hours. Workers must be available to work 5-7 days per week. Early starts
- PPE: Boots and safety vests
- Duties: Transplanting, thinning and patching seedlings, weeding, loading seedlings and general nursery work and seedling management. This work is outdoors in various weather conditions and involves picking, planting, packing and general crop nursery management and maintenance.
- You will need reliable transport.
- You must be reliable and committed and have the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Due to the high physical demands of these positions, workers will need to be physically fit and self-motivated. You may be on your feet for extended periods and required to perform repetitive manual tasks.
