Design & Build Recruitment – Frankston VIC
Design & Build are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of architecturally designed residential projects valued up to $3m. In this role, you will oversee a team of Project Managers and manage the full construction lifecycle, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Responsibilities
* Oversee and support a team of Project Managers across 3-6 live projects
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Lead, motivate, and develop the construction team
* Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
* Drive safe work practices and uphold company standards across all sites
* Work closely with the Director to support ongoing growth and business performance
* Maintain team performance to company expectations
* Implement and maintain systems and processes to increase efficiency
The ideal candidate
* Proven experience delivering architecturally designed residential projects valued $2m+
* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively
* Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills
* Solid understanding of construction codes, regulations, and compliance
* Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills and a strong work ethic
* Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory requirements
