Home Care Support Worker Role
We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team in the Blue Mountains region.
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to our aged care customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes and communities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will also have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities of this role include assisting with daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, as well as providing transportation and personal care to clients as needed.
You will be required to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.

* Permanent Part-time contracts are available depending on your location and availability to work.
* $31.13 - $34.93 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time.
