Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Store Manager. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities
* In-store sales, assisting customers in person and by phone.
This includes monitoring stock levels, ordering products when necessary, conducting stock takes/cycle counts, picking and packing customer orders including invoicing and branch transfers.
* Picking and packing of customer orders
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, with an understanding or history with stock control. They will also be organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Requirements
* A hairdressing background is essential as well as previous management experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, planning growth strategies for the store in consultation with senior management. Training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.
