This is a permanent full-time position offering 38 hours of work per week with opportunities for overtime and a competitive salary and benefits package.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform marine fitting tasks as directed, adhering to Work Pack/Job Tickets guidelines.
* Inspect, test and service on-board mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
* Provide support in other trade-based sectors when required by supervisors or managers during periods of low workload.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a Construction White Card.
* Possess a Trade Qualification in Fitter & Turner, Machinist, Diesel Fitter (Heavy), or Pipe Fitter.
* Demonstrate experience in marine refit/repair or heavy industrial environments.
