The Role:
We're on the lookout for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing teams in Buderim, Sunshine Coast. In this role you'll support NDIS participants in SIL homes, helping with daily living, personal care, and activities that keep life vibrant and meaningful. Every shift is an opportunity to make someone's day brighter while building genuine connections.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering person-centred support and following individual care plans.
* Providing personal care (e.g. hoisting, showering, toileting, dressing, mealtime assistance).
* Assisting with complex care needs such as peg feeding and dysphagia (full training provided).
* Supporting with household tasks such as meal prep, cooking, and cleaning.
* Assisting clients to engage in community and recreational activities (including swimming/hydrotherapy).
* Ensuring safe, compliant practices in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and WHS standards.
Shifts available:
* Monday to Friday, and with sleepover
* Weekends, and with sleepover
