As a sales consultant, you will work as part of a sales-focused team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. We are currently seeking casual applicants for our Grafton showroom.
* You will possess an interest in home décor and design, with a genuine passion for helping customers create their dream space.
* You will have a proven track record in achieving sales KPIs and be familiar with related metrics.
* You will have at least two years of prior experience in a similar retail role, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* You will have the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Prior experience with Pronto software is highly regarded but not essential.
As a member of our sales team, you will be working towards maximising sales through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. We aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
