Overview
We're looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. Permanent (full-time or part time) hours are available, Monday to Friday, in our North West Stores.
Location coverage includes Devonport, Ulverstone, Burnie, and Wynyard, with the Devonport Store as the initial commencement site.
Starting base salary is $66,628, plus superannuation and the potential to earn up to a 5% bonus.

As the customer face of Bank of us, you'll be part of the Customer Experience Consultant team, delivering service in-store and via telephone and digital channels to meet customers' banking transactional needs and to support their financial wellbeing through insurance and lending referrals where appropriate.

Responsibilities
Be the customer-facing representative across North West stores, delivering in-store, telephone, and digital service with a customer-first approach.
Identify and address customer needs, including referrals for insurance and lending where appropriate.
Support customers' financial wellbeing and provide accurate information to help them achieve banking goals.
Qualifications
Experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Willingness to learn, be a team player, and uphold the bank's values and behaviours.
Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers.
