Key Responsibilities
The Director Service Reform and Portfolio Management role oversees the management, reporting, and guidance of various projects across the RLM division. This includes the development and collaboration on new service offerings from both State and VicRoads Joint Venture Operator perspectives.
* Key performance aspects include strategic planning, delivery, and operation of technology in accordance with Concession Deed obligations; maintaining an up-to-date view of technology risks and opportunities;
* Reporting, performance assurance, and business improvement for RLM;
This position holds key relationships with Directors, Department Executives Ministerial offices senior leaders across Victorian Government to support effective operations deliver Executive Director – Registration & Licensing Management priorities helping shape through strategic initiatives governance arrangements.
