What to Know
As a Residential Sales Listing to Launch Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Processing listings and sales documentation, appraisals, and client communications with precision and efficiency.
* Coordinating property marketing campaigns, including online listings, brochures, and email campaigns.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth communication and exceptional service delivery.
* Assist in organising team meetings, events, appointments, and arranging campaigns with meticulous attention to detail.
* Preparing presentations for team meetings and clients.
* Assisting the sales representatives with events such as auctions and community events.
* Reception duties from time to time.
This role is based in Leederville, with access to a company fleet, leading technology, and established processes and systems to support you in your role.
