You will work closely with business areas across the organisation to understand their resourcing needs and attract the best and brightest talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Recruitment team:
o Provide administrative support.
o Assist with organising interviews and assessment centres.
o Process recruitment actions, including updating records and databases.
* Recruitment and Talent Officer:
o Advertise job vacancies.
o Assist with organising interviews and assessment centres.
o Coordinate referee checks.
* Recruitment Specialist:
o Work with business areas to determine recruitment requirements.
o Facilitate the selection process.
o Liaise with stakeholders, including representing the organisation at recruitment forums.
