Key Responsibilities
* Take food and beverage orders, assist customers with inquiries, process sales through the Point of Sale system, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support a safe workplace environment.
* Set up, service, and clear event spaces for functions, arrange furniture and equipment, assist guests during events, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all service standards are met to deliver a seamless experience.
* Welcome and assist members and guests, manage inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations, maintain records, process new memberships, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide information about services and entry requirements.
* Provide safe, friendly, and reliable transportation for guests, require punctuality, strong customer-service skills, confidence behind the wheel, a positive attitude, effective communication, and a commitment to safety.
