We are seeking a versatile administrator to join our Distribution Centre team, on a full-time basis to provide administrative support and general reception duties and some light manual handling tasks.

The Opportunity:
* Own the smooth operation of our vibrant office by managing sales and purchase processes and becoming the go-to person for communication.
* Take initiative to keep our environment well-stocked and welcoming.
* Organize logistics, including deliveries and mail.
* Contribute to the development of internal resources and documentation.
* Play a key support role for our front-of-house, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
* Operate within a framework that values safety and established procedures.
Skills & Experience:
* Solid administrative or reception experience, ideally within a comparable environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong organisational & time management skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, with a professional and courteous approach.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines, working both independently and collaboratively.
* Adaptable and flexible team player who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
* Driver's License advantageous.
