Operations Manager Role
As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for leading the team's performance and success.

Main responsibilities include:
* Managing the leader's calendar, inbox, and digital communications
* Owning all vendor communication and campaign milestones
* Coordinating listings from Form 6 to settlement with no steps missed
* Leading daily huddles, tracking GCI, and driving team accountability
* Enforcing premium brand presence, personal standards, and five-star service
* Identifying and delivering process improvements each quarter
We seek an exceptionally organized, confident communicator with experience in real estate operations, strong technical skills, calm under pressure, solution-focused, and serious about results.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate operations
