What you'll be doing
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to our paediatric specialists, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare providers
* Handling patient inquiries and correspondence in a professional and empathetic manner
* Assisting with the preparation of medical reports and other documentation
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical files and databases
* Performing general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and ordering supplies
* Taking payments/Invoicing patients and processing medicare rebates
