Lending Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a retail branch network as a Lending Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service while offering sound residential mortgage advice.
You will collaborate with branch staff and regional lending peers to provide and support a positive customer experience during the largest purchase our customers make – their home.
* Provide seamless end-to-end banking services
* Making calls to new and prospective customers
* Create meaningful conversations with customers by building trust and confidence
* Build relationships within the Defence Community
* Educate our customers to adopt digital banking tools
* Grow Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios
