Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries, orders, and purchases at the counter.
* Utilise product knowledge to recommend solutions and upsell products to meet customers' needs.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our sales software.
* Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
