* We are seeking a Restaurant & Bars Supervisor to join our team at the Great Barrier Reef.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of the shift through customer-focused service delivery and effective staff supervision.
* They will lead seamless guest experiences, provide support to colleagues within the department, and coordinate with all departments in the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become a trusted contact for guests, helping them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and advise management when necessary.
* Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships within the immediate team and wider hotel team.
* Work a flexible roster and assist management in preparing and managing the department's operational targets.
