Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team and contribute to the quality and effectiveness of financial support and cost control.
This position reports to the Australasia Accounting Manager and will be on a Monday to Friday roster based at Jandakot, WA.
About the Role
* Partner with operational teams to provide business support and guidance
* Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
* Analyze and report on financial performance to stakeholders
* Process journals during month-end close process
* Liaise with offshore transactional teams to ensure seamless operations
* Review and oversee balance sheet management

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing financial support to operational teams

Requirements
* Bachelor of Commerce/Finance/Business or similar degree
* Working towards CA or CPA qualification
* 2+ years post-grad experience in a financial accounting role
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong Excel and Office skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well independently or within a team environment
* Able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
