Casual Receptionist/Administration Officer for Clinical Psychology PracticeBridge Clinical Psychology () is a clinical psychology practice based in the leafy, inner-city suburb of Grange, Brisbane.
Our practice consists of a team of clinical psychologists who provide high quality therapeutic treatment for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders and couples/relationship therapy.Our clinicians are experienced working with people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and also from the LGBTQIA+ and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
We welcome people of all races, all abilities, all gender identities, all sexual orientations, all relationship structures and all religions and beliefs.About the roleAs the face of Bridge Clinical Psychology, this role will require you to work in-person in our clinic on a casual weekly basis as well as being available for holiday/leave cover.
You will be an integral part of running the practice and maintaining our friendly culture.Receptionist duties such as warmly welcoming new clients.Administrative tasks such as responding to enquiries received via phone or email, managing appointments, supporting our team of psychologists with their admin needs.Managing client referrals and initial intake procedures.Print / photocopy / scan / fax documents.Keep accurate records with a strong eye for detail and data entry skills across multiple software platforms including our practice management software Halaxy.Manage and accurately process accounts, including EFTPOS, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS, Medicare and private health funds.Be skilled in prioritising a busy workload.Light cleaning.Ensure a high level of both accuracy and confidentiality with client information.Other administrative tasks as needed.Benefits and perksOpportunity to work with a friendly team in a fun and values-based organisation.Competitive remuneration - payment at or above Health Professionals and Support Services Award *****), Level 4.Inner city location close to public transport, coffee shops.Cosy clinic with natural light.Easy street parking nearby.Skills and experiencePrior experience as a receptionist with excellent customer service skills would be well regarded.The role would suit someone with medical or psychology practice experience.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.Strong attention to detail and reliability is a must.Exceptional computing skills, including basic operating systems, such as Microsoft Office and preferably our practice management software Halaxy.Natural problem solver, able to trouble shoot issues (e.g., issues Medicare).
Understanding of the necessity for confidentiality.
