About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and qualified individual who has minimum 2 years post apprenticeship experience working in a kitchen team within large restaurants, events, hotels or resorts. A la carte and buffet experience will be highly regarded, HACCP training is advantageous.
You will be responsible for undertaking all kitchen and service duties, including cleaning, food preparation, basic cookery, organisation and guest service. You will also assist in the supervision of junior kitchen staff and participate in the running of sections in the kitchen during the absence of the Chef De Partie.
