Overview
Are you a skilled and passionate Bid Manager looking to make an impact? Proximity is seeking a Bid Manager to join our close-knit and highly collaborative Client Engagement team. You will work closely with National Leads and Practice Managers to develop client proposals, bid responses, tender submissions, and other business development materials. You will also ensure data integrity within Proximity’s practice management system around the pipeline and support broader reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop client proposals, bid responses, tender submissions, and other business development materials.
- Ensure data integrity within Proximity’s practice management system for the pipeline and supporting reporting needs.
- Coordinate bid writing efforts using strong IT skills (MS Office; Salesforce experience desirable).
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bid writing, tender preparation, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective project management skills for bid progress management.
- Proficiency in using practice management systems and maintaining data integrity (Salesforce experience desirable).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, senior leaders, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and requirements is desirable.
