About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join the team.
Responsibilities:
* Behavioural support assessments
* Writing of behavioural support plans
* Providing behavioural support interventions including 1:1 support and group-based settings, in clinic, at home and schools
* Develop and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
About You
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
* Experience as a behavioural support practitioner or in a similar role
* Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations
* At least proficient BSP registration
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team
* Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers
* A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties
