Role Summary
This position supports the Institutional Consultant Relations (ICR) function, enabling the team, clients, and prospect pathway across Australia and New Zealand through effective systems, operational account support and streamlined processes.
Key Responsibilities
* ICR Processes: Take ownership of all systems and processes, upholding the team's standards of excellence. Ensure workflows are effective, efficient, and consistently reliable across all ICR functions. Embrace AI tools to enhance both depth and agility.
* Team Support: Provide direct support to the Head of ICR and Relationship Management team to ensure all client and prospect experiences are seamless and well-prepared. Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of briefing notes and meeting materials, ensure all meeting actions are tracked and followed up, and help plan next steps to ensure nothing is missed.
* Investor Visits: Organize, prioritize, and execute investment visits in line with ICR team standards.
* Account Plans: Own account plans, SOAPS and GRM plans as well as managing OKR's on a quarterly basis.
* Sales Force: Accurately manage all Salesforce data, including client and prospect account information, as well as marketing distribution lists and campaigns.
* Digital Marketing: Establish and monitor all ICR digital engagement activities, such as Seismic and Adobe campaigns, to deliver relevant market and investment updates to clients and prospects. Analyze and report on marketing data, providing actionable insights to inform our digital strategy.
* Stakeholder Representative: Collaborate with stakeholders across investment, operations, and marketing, consistently representing ICR values and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Be a point person in the office for all ICR matters – being visible in the Sydney office over business hours 4 days a week is essential to success.
* Research: Conduct strategic research and gather market intelligence to support the ICR team's business plan, growth opportunities, and preparation for client engagements and presentations.
* Strategy: Contribute to the development of ICR strategy, building data and insights to support strategic initiatives and materials for the strategy pack.
* Engage a mid-tier channel: Over time, aim to specialize in a mid-tier capital channel to help drive the team's business objectives.
* Events: Support the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of ICR events, ensuring effective delivery and valuable insights.
* Industry Engagement: Proactively develop industry knowledge by researching market trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving business environments of clients. Share relevant insights with the ICR team to inform ongoing strategy.
Qualifications
* University degree, working today postgraduate qualification, CFA preferred
* 5+ years of total relevant work experience
