Support Specialist Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to provide first and second-level support to our national field and office users. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a service desk environment and wants to make a real difference in their work.
* Provide exceptional support to users, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Develop strong relationships with colleagues and management, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
* Take ownership of support requests, managing them to final resolution and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Respond to phone calls and online requests from users, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Evaluate and respond to IT equipment and mobile phone requests, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Organize the repair of devices, maintaining the health and reliability of staff computers, tablets, and devices.
Requirements:
* Relevant 2-4 years of IT experience, with qualifications or training equivalent.
* Previous experience supporting mobile and remote users, ideally in a service desk environment.
* Experience working with back-end systems, including Azure and Active Directory.
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
