What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting residents with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
* Supporting residents with mobility, transfers, and meal times.
* Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to nursing staff.
* Providing emotional support and companionship.
* Helping to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
* Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
What You'll Need to Apply:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or an equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience providing personal care, preferably in an aged care setting in Australia.
* A genuine passion for caring for residents and a commitment to person-centered care.
* Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach.
* A current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check .
* Willingness to obtain required influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations .
