- The Talent and Capability function at Benetas is currently re-building and expanding our function to be in a position to make a meaningful impact.
- We have a newly created Systems Administration and Reporting position available that will support the team to manage the technology platforms and delivery reporting and analytics for the function.
- Reporting into the Head of Talent and Capability, this role is crucial to the ability of the organisation to optimally use recruitment and learning systems and the reporting to demonstrate the impact of the work the Talent and Capability team delivers to Benetas.
- To be successful in this role you should possess experience in the following:
- Depth of expertise and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) management and administration
- Exposure or experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (this is desirable)
- Analytical skills and experience with reporting and analysis to demonstrate the impact of the talent and capability activities
- Experience in managing and maintaining online learning content
- Customer service skills to ensure customer problems and enquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
